Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2025 OTAYF Football Camp

Refund up until 5/25

Cheer

OTAYF/C refund policy is as follows: Registration fee is 100% refundable up until August 10. 50% refund up until the first scheduled season game. After the first game there is not refund available. Uniform fees are not refundable.

Cheer Clinic

Full refund if you cancel at least a week before.

Flag Football

OTAYF/C refund policy is as follows: Registration fee is 100% refundable up until August 15. 50% refund up until the first scheduled season game. After the first game there is not refund available.

Tackle Football

OTAYF/C refund policy is as follows: Registration fee is 100% refundable up until August 10. 50% refund up until the first scheduled season game. After the first game there is no refund available. Uniform fees are not refundable.
