Ocean Township American Youth Football and Cheer (OTAYF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit community based football and cheer leading organization established to allow full youth participation in a fun family oriented environment and instill in all participants good sportsmanship, teamwork, work ethic and good character on and off the field.

OUR PROGRAMS
Our football programs are the heart of the community—bringing athletes together to learn, compete, and grow. From introductory flag football to competitive tackle and cheer, there’s a program for every age, skill level, and goal.
FLAG FOOTBALL
Ocean Township Youth Flag Football is a recreational league aimed at young athletes who wish to experience the game of football in a non-contact setting. This program emphasizes teaching the essential skills of football, including passing, catching, running, and teamwork, all within a fun and encouraging environment.
TACKLE FOOTBALL
Ocean Township AYF is a youth tackle football league dedicated to offering young athletes the chance to learn and hone their skills in the sport of football.
Players receive instruction in the fundamentals of the game, covering tackling techniques, offensive and defensive strategies, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Teams engage in competitions that foster personal growth, boost confidence, and cultivate a passion for football, all while prioritizing enjoyment and education.
GAME DAY CHEER AND SHOWCASE
The Ocean Township AYC program is a community-based cheerleading organization that provides young athletes with the opportunity to participate in cheerleading while fostering teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills. The program focuses on building confidence, athleticism, and spirit.
Participants in the Ocean Township AYC program learn a variety of cheerleading skills, including stunts, tumbling, jumps, cheers, and routines. In addition to developing athletic ability, the program emphasizes sportsmanship, collaboration, and commitment, as cheerleaders support our AYF tackle football teams at games and events.
